We are trying to educate the youth about engineering and science. We want American kids of all races and economic backgrounds to excel in science and mathematics. This is the future of our nation, this is the only recipe for success. Kennedy knew this was important in 1968. We are no longer racing the Soviet Union to space. The goal today is job creation and a future of employment in the US for everyone.
